To start a return, please email us at britishpetssupplies@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the pet food item must meet the following conditions:

Unopened and unused

In its original, sealed packaging

In the same condition as when received

Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used food products.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest solution is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
